Large lead ball screw uses ball to move, so the starting torque is relatively small, there will be no crawling phenomenon like sliding motion, which can ensure the realization of accurate micro-feed.
-No Backlash, High rigidity
Large lead ball screw can be preloaded, because preload can make the axial clearance reach negative value, and thus obtain relatively high rigidity
-Make high speed feed is possible
Large lead ball screw can achieve high speed feed (movement) because of its high efficiency and low heat.
