All raw materials/forgings are made by big plant with DNV, CE, ISO certifications,Fine grinding to bearing raceways and surface are standard process of SoCare®. Even we pay much more attention to the small tools,we adopt high quality alloy drill bit and high strength tungsten steel drill bit.

On anti-corrosion treatment, we have many different methods for different conditions, SoCare® has the capability to provide a painted surface, a metal thermal spray coating (HMS), or other coatings as specified by the customer. Additionally,we offer plating which provides corrosion resistance and is effective in increasing wear resistance in sliding surface contacts.

We have more than 30 years of production experience, have established a whole supply system from raw material to transporting service, so we can achieve short delivery in order to provide customers with better service.
