SoCare® could design ,develop and produce Special Slewing Bearings for Semiconductor Wafer Solution Lines, the Combined Slewing Bearing is with special structure and strict rotation precision. 

The Combined Slewing Bearing is made of 3 rings,one of the rings was processed with internal and external gears to drive other parts of the Semiconductor Wafer equipment , and there are two sets of raceway. Drived by six small pinions when work.

Material: Gcr15,42CrMo4 Alloy Steel

Hardness of Raceway: HRC55 to 60
