Generally, Slewing Bearings are large-size, rolling bearings that can accommodate axial, radial and moment loads acting either singly or in combination and in any direction. They can perform both slewing (oscillating) movements as well as rotational movements.
Based on this particularity, it is very complicated to carry out special non-standard design or item selection according to the customer's application information. To take into account the special requirements in use, but also meet the characteristics of Slewing Bearing.

The rolling elements − balls or cylindrical rollers -that are often separated by polyamide spacers ,this is common practice in general applications, but when faced with high temperatures, corrosion, or vertical mounting,special cages need to be designed and adopted.

When it comes to special requirements, we have to look for special rolling elements other than ordinary steel balls, such as ceramic balls, aluminum balls or military-grade rare earth metal balls, which is not a problem for SoCare® .
To enhance corrosion resistance, SoCare® has the capability to provide a painted surface, a metal thermal spray coating (HMS), or other coatings as specified by the customer. Additionally,we offer plating which provides corrosion resistance and is effective in increasing wear resistance in sliding surface contacts.
